TY Diapers manufactures superior quality, twill weave, Chinese prefold diapers in bleached and unbleached (natural) cotton fabric. Our bleached diapers are chlorine free and hydrogen peroxide bathed. Our prefold diapers come in an assortment of sizes and layering combinations from "Preemie" up to "Toddler".

Our diapers are made with the finest quality Chinese cotton, and are exceptionally soft, durable and absorbent after washing. Our bleached diapers will need a minimum of 3-5 laundering cycles to reach maximum absorbency. It takes 7-10 hot wash cycles to make an unbleached (natural) diaper usable and absorbent. Cotton's natural oils need to be washed away in order for the fibers to fully absorb. Our diapers are DSQ (Diaper Service Quality), and are made to withstand continuous industrial washing and drying.
